Baby Bonus Club Instore and Online Process

As a Baby Mode customer we invite you to become a member of our Baby Bonus Club! This Membership rewards all Baby Bonus Club customers with an additional discount on top of our sale prices on every item purchased from our Baby Mode Spring / Summer 2017 catalogue. At the top of every page of our current catalogue there are green tabs that are positioned on the directory section of every page indicating Baby Bonus Club member additional discount.

EXTRA $ amount Discount means:  The customer receives that amount discounted off the item   

EXTRA % amount Discount means: The customer receives an extra % off the existing catalogue special

FREE Promotions means: The customer receives the free item specified with item purchased  

 

1) Baby Bonus Club Instore Process 

  • Customers can register their membership via our website just by following these easy steps:                

At the top of the Baby Mode website home page on the first line select Info Centre                                     

 Click on left hand side last icon Baby Bonus Club                                                                          

 At the bottom of the Baby Bonus Club page enter your full name, phone and email

Select subscribe

  • Once registration is complete customer will receive their Baby Bonus Club Membership number via email and can start receiving Rewards on every product advertised in this year’s Spring / Summer 2017 Catalogue
  • If customer is not a member when visiting our store or does not have access to our site, Baby Mode staff are willing to register you instore.
  • There are no limitations to how many products a customer can purchase to receive discounts.  Lay-By and instore sales are available. 
  • An added insentive of being a Baby Mode Baby Bonus Club Member, all Discount Clearance Centre customers that are Baby Bonus Club Members will receive an additional 5% off any discount clearance purchase. 
  • Transaction must be made by 01/01/18 to be entitled to receive a Baby Bonus offer. Promotional rewards will cease on catalogue completion date 01/01/18.
  • Free offers and specials may be subject to change and some promotional items may require special ordering.

 

2) Baby Bonus Club Online Process

  • As a Baby Mode online customer you are automatically registered as a Baby Bonus Club Member. This Membership rewards all online customers with a gift voucher or free promotional gift on every item purchased from our Baby Mode Spring / Summer 2017 catalogue.
  • Customers that make a transaction on an item that is in our Baby Mode Spring / Summer 2017 catalogue will receive an email from Baby Mode once order is dispatched with Baby Bonus Club Gift Voucher Reward code to use in their next online transaction.
  • To redeem voucher enter gift voucher unique code in the check out under “Redeem Gift Voucher”.
  • Gift voucher can only be used once and only one voucher per transaction.
  • Gift voucher offers can only be used for online purchases made at www.babymode.com.au . Online gift vouchers are not redeemable in stores.
  • All Baby Bonus free promotional items in our catalogue will automatically be sent out with purchase at time of dispatch.
  • Free offers and specials may be subject to change and some promotional items may require special ordering.
  • Initial transaction must be made by 01/01/18 to be entitled to receive a Baby Bonus offer.
  • All Baby Bonus Gift Vouchers are valid for redemption till 1/02/18.

1) In-Store Cash Sale Policy

Please check that your goods are correct and are free from any damages as soon as possible, following purchase, delivery or pick up. All claims for incorrectly supplied items and freight damages must be reported within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. Simply phone your store of purchase with your receipt details and our friendly staff will process your claim. 

Baby Mode stores will accept with receipt of purchase any return for change of mind with 48 hours for a FULL REFUND, no questions asked, providing the goods remain unopened and in unused condition. Freight charges will apply if goods are not returned to store of purchase. Phone our friendly staff within 48 hours to lodge your return for full refund and we will process your claim promptly. For change of mind where items have already been opened or assembled but unused we offer an 80% Refund or Exchange policy. Simply return the item to the store of purchase to process your claim. (This Policy Does Not Apply To Lay-By & Special Orders; Refer To Specific Policy Below)

Baby Mode stores will provide a Credit Voucher either in-store or online for any items returned within 30 Days with proof of purchase receipt, providing the goods remain un-open and in unused condition. Simply return your goods to the store of purchase to receive your credit voucher. Freight charges will apply if not returned to store of purchase. For exchanges where the item has already been opened or assembled but unused we offer an 80% Exchange policy. Simply return the item to the store of purchase to process your claim. (This Policy Does Not Apply To Special Orders; Refer To Specific Policy Below) 

2) Lay-By Policy

Please check that your goods are correct and are free from any damages as soon as possible, following purchase, delivery or pick up. All claims for incorrectly supplied items and freight damages must be reported within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. Simply phone your store of purchase with your receipt details and our friendly staff will process your claim.

Baby Mode offers in-store customers up to 3 month Lay-By terms, the following Conditions apply to all Lay-By Purchases.

1) All Lay-Buy purchases must be fully paid for and finalised within the registered Lay-By period and no longer that 90 Days from Lay-By start date on your tax invoice.

2) Payments are to be made WEEKLY, FORTNIGHT OR MONTHLY.  Weekly payments must be equal to or greater that 1/12th  of the remaining balance after minimum 25% deposit is paid. Fortnightly payments must be must be equal to or greater that 1/6th of the remaining balance after minimum 25% deposit is paid. Monthly repayments must be equal to or greater that 1/3rd of the remaining balance after minimum 25% deposit is paid.

3) If payments are not made as agreed the Lay-By contract can be cancelled by Baby Mode P/L. This will come into effect 14 days after Baby Mode P/L has served (in writing) via email, text or post a notice to the purchasers last known address. The payments made against your Lay-By will be forfeited as a cancellation fee, if no contact or additional payments are recieved.

4) If a customer chooses to cancel a Lay-By contract their will be a 20% cancellation fee on the total value of the Lay-By.  If a customer chooses to cancel an item of the Lay-By contract there will only be a cancellation fee against that item.  Note: Special Orders Can Not Be Cancelled, please refer to special order policy.

5) All long term Lay-By's are allocated against incoming orders and not allocated from stock. All short term Lay-By's are allocated from stock if available and a unique order is generated to complete your Lay-By.  You can track the progress of your Lay-By at any time by emailing the store of purchase.

6) Goods on Lay-by remain the property of Baby Mode P/L until such time they are fully paid for by the purchaser.

3) In-Store Special Order Policy

Special Order Definition  

Special Order item's are goods that we only provide floor stock models for the purpose of customers being able to special order these specific items in the colour and combination of their choice within that product range. Goods that are normal stock lines are not classed as special order items.

1) All Items that come under the special order definition will be marked on the floor accordingly. 

2) Special order items can not be returned or exchanged so please consider your purchase carefully before confirming these items on a Lay-By or ASAP Order.

4) Warehouse Cash & Carry Policy

Warehouse Cash & Carry Product Condition Definition

All goods sold in warehouse cash & carry are categorised by the following conditions and definitions:  Discontinued lines (DISC)  Ex-Display Stock (EXDSTK) Liquidated Stock (LQSTK) Factory Seconds (F2NDSTK). All products are price ticketed and sold according to the below condition. Customers must check and agree to purchase goods under these conditions at point of sale.

Conditions Of Sale

No refund will be given for change of mind. You can instead exchange item within 7 days, providing you produce a receipt and goods are in the same condition as sold. You can exchange goods from available stock on hand in Warehouse Cash & Carry only.

Factory seconds stock are sold on the basis that what you see and inspect is the condition of goods you will receive, these goods will not be packaged and would require you to bring appropriate packing to protect your goods on pick up. No refund or exchange available for factory seconds. All goods including factory seconds are sold structurally intact and meet relevant safety standards.             

5) Online Policy

Please check that your goods are correct and are free from any freight damages as soon as possible, following purchase, delivery or pick up. as all claims for incorrectly supplied items and freight damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery just email our friendly customer service department to process your claim. Baby Mode Online Sales accepts any return for change of mind with 48 hours for a FULL REFUND no questions asked providing the goods remain un-open and in unused condition. Freight charges will apply. Simply email our friendly customer service department within 48 hours to lodge your return for full refund at info@babymode.com.au and we will process your claim promptly.

Baby Mode Online Sales, will provide a Credit Voucher either in-store or online for any returns within 21 Days, providing the goods remain un-open and in unused condition we will give in return an online credit voucher. Freight charges will apply. Email info@babymode.com.au  within 30 Days to register your return for online credit voucher and our customer service Department will process your claim.

6) Warranty Policy

 Should you have a manufacturing fault with any goods purchased in store with us, please call our store within the 12-month manufacturer's warranty period (or equivalent) with proof of purchase/receipt to register your claim. Our friendly staff will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and access your claim promptly. We can provide a loan pram should your pram require a warranty repair during the pram warranty period. Baby Mode reserves the right to inspect & access all warranty claims in accordance with consumer law guidelines and manufacturer's conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.

Should you have a manufacturing fault with any goods purchased online with us, please email: info@babymode.com.au within the 12-month manufacturer's warranty period to register your claim. Our customer service department will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and access your claim promptly. If the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment or repair freight charges will apply. Baby Mode Online reserves the right to access all warranty claims in accordance with consumer law guidelines and manufacturer's conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.
