Behind the Scenes at Baby Mode

Here at Baby Mode, we love to hear all about our lovely customers and even more about their gorgeous children, as a matter fact, it is one of our favourite parts of what we do. But today we are going to turn the tables, and give our customers a deeper look into what goes on behind the scenes at Baby Mode.

From time to time you may notice that we close our stores earlier that normal and you might have wondered why. Well the answer is, every few months we conduct product nights and training nights for all our staff to make sure they are have the most up-to-date and thorough knowledge of our different products and ranges. 

For example, this past Tuesday (2/7) all the Baby Mode staff participated in a training night with Mamas & Papas to make sure we were up-to-date with all their new products and to ensure that our knowledge of the range is complete so we can provide our customers with all the information they might need when selecting new items for their baby. This is just one of the many ways that we aim to bring our customers the most up-to-date product knowledge and customer service in the industry.
