Bertini Envy Review

6 January 2014

New from Bertini, the Envy pram is an ideal solution for the growing family on a not-so-growing budget! A pram that can take a full-sized second seat, a bassinet or an infant carrier with all the necessary adaptors included, the Envy is extremely versatile and can adapt to your families needs without any fuss.

The Envy is a multi-position pram that features a comfortable generous sized seat that can recline fully, can be front-facing or rear facing, has a large extendable canopy with a viewing window, a 5-point harness with buckle cover and comfortable shoulder pads, along with a black frame that features a shopping basket, lockable front swivel wheels, adjustable handle and a light, compact fold for life on the go. The catchphrase of the Bertini Envy; "For One, For Two, For Twins!", has obviously inspired the Envy's flexible design as the pram can be switched between 19 different seat combinations, giving you endless options!

Aside from all the great features the Envy boasts, what will catch your eye immediately is the funky design that Bertini have created. Available in two vibrant colours; Mint and Orange, the pram also features a eye-catching teardrop design on the seat that not only makes this pram extra stylish but completely unique. Combined with the sleek black frame, the design is really bold and interesting compared to your standard black-on-black pram, but still gender neutral to suit any family.

However, the most stunning thing about this pram is without a doubt the price. While the Baby Jogger City Select that features a similar design retails without the second seat for up to $800 (we currently have it for $769), the Bertini Envy can be snapped up for less than $700 with the second seat and all necessary adaptors included. Is it as good quality and easy-to-use as the City Select? Probably not, but it is a fantastic pram for a family on a budget who want a good pram at an even better price!
