Baby Mode Online - Verification Process
As Baby Mode is committed to protect all payments made through our business. We may contact you to preform a security check.
We only require a security check if the method of purchase is made via manual entry of a credit card, a card used in a different name to the online order or if the transaction is made from an account outside Australia. Paypal, Afterpay, Zip, Latitude Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Open pay or Shopify Shop Pay services are all pre approved and verified payment systems so security checks are not generally required for purchases used via these methods.
If security check is required you will be contacted via phone or email. When contacted, purchaser will be asked to reply back with one copy of identification which has the same first and last name as the card used for the sale.
Baby Mode requires this to verify the person who purchased the goods is the same person who has placed the order. This protects the card that was used for the sale and if verification cannot be supplied to the same details then we cannot dispatch order.
Rest assure that any personal identification received is only used for security check purposes through our system and as soon as ID is verified all evidence will be destroyed from our records by our system.
Once identification received and approved providing goods are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.
The following forms of identification our system accepts are:
Vehicle Licence, Medicare card, Utility Bill or any other government certified document which has the same first and last name as the card used for the sale.
