Incredible customer service

The product is amazing and was perfect on our trip overseas. Fit perfect in the overhead on the plane. Love the carry case that comes with it. Big mention though to the customer service at baby mode. Seriously one of the best. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service from when I called to check if product was available right up until I picked it up. Unreal. Thank you again
