Our Baby Mode superstores now offer our customers a complete one stop service of pram and stroller assembly. TERMS & CONDITIONS

ASSEMBLY

Assembly of pram / strollers are only for items purchased at Baby Mode Superstores. Baby Mode require minimum of 24 hours notice prior to pick up of assembled items.  Customers are responsible to ensure the assembled items will fit in their pick up vehicle and that they have adequate packing to ensure safe travel home.  

WARRANTY & CONSUMER GUARENTEE

Please check that your goods are correct and are free from any damages prior to accepting pick up. If there is a fault with the product upon collection, the customer is entitled at the discretion of Baby Mode, to a repair with a replacement part to correct the fault or if no replacement part is available a complete product replacement as per manufacture warranty terms and conditions.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Once Item has been assembled Baby Mode will not accept a cancellation if you simply change your mind.  Customer also agrees that once items are assembled, the item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
