To assess your pram - Uppababy will require the following information:
  • Your details
  • The name of the pram (Vista, Cruz ect)
  • A photo of the serial number
    (see below image on where to find your serial number on your Uppababy Pram)

  • A detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing
  • A photo or video to show the issue.
  • Copy of your receipt 

Once this information is received by the incredible Uppababy Help team, they can easily and promptly attend to your claim! It's that EASY!!
